Phil Neville believes Chelsea coach Marco Ianni should be sacked for his ‘disgraceful’ celebrations in front of Jose Mourinho at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

The Italian coach sparked a brawl in the tunnel after celebrating in front of Mourinho’s face following Ross Barkley’s 95th minute equaliser in the 2-2 draw.

Mourinho was furious with Ianni but the coach accompanied Maurizio Sarri into the United dressing room to apologise and Mourinho accepted his apology.

However, Neville doesn’t believe the apology is enough and says if he was at Chelsea he’d want to sack Ianni.

Whoever that staff member is of Chelsea has just been an absolute disgrace. No class, no humility.

‘He’s gone straight into the face of Jose Mourinho, Michael Carrick and the Manchester United bench and just celebrated in their face. Absolutely disgraceful.

‘He’s [Mourinho] the innocent one in all this. The guy on the Chelsea bench has run straight past him, celebrated in his face.

‘Sarri celebrates. Then it’s this guy here who goes in front of Jose Mourinho. The first one he clenches his fist, and then as he goes back he celebrates again right in front of him. Disgraceful.

‘If I was Maurizio Sarri I’d send that guy in and sack him from the club.’

United have little time to dwell on their draw in west London as Cristiano Ronaldo’s Juventus take on the Red Devils at Old Trafford on Tuesday.

It’s the second time Ronaldo hsa returned to the Theatre of Dreams having won there with Real Madrid in 2013 during Sir Alex Ferguson’s final Champions League clash.
