Chelsea star Eden Hazard has revealed he’ll make a decision about his future at the end of the season.
The Belgian has 18 months to run on his existing deal at Stamford Bridge and has openly admitted he’s contemplating joining ‘dream’ club Real Madrid.
Chelsea have an offer on the table to make Hazard their highest paid player ever but, at 27 years of age, Hazard knows this may be his last opportunity to move to the Bernabeu.
The uncertainty doesn’t appear to have affected Hazard’s form but the Belgian’s admitted he won’t have an answer for the club until the summer.
‘I will see at the end of the season,’ said Hazard, when asked about his future.
‘I am just focused on the pitch.’
Chelsea’s offer is believed to be over £300,000-a-week but Real Madrid have the means to better it, as well as offering the winger a chance to become the face of the club.
The La Liga giants are expected to sign off a summer of heavy investment after a difficult campaign where they’re currently eight points off leaders Barcelona.
